Best Ever Salmon Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 pound canned salmon
- 3 Large eggs, separated
- 8 ounce. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions
- Drain and mash salmon. Separate Large eggs and beat yolks. Add in yolks to salmon. Then add in yogurt and melted butter and bread crumbs to salmon. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into salmon mix. Put into a well greased 9 x 5 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
