Best Chocolate Syrup Brownies (Microwave)
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- Dash salt
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. chocolate-flavored syrup
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
Directions
- Cream together butter and sugar till smooth and creamy. Add in Large eggs one at a time. Add in salt. Stir in chocolate syrup, flour, and vanilla. Add in nuts and stir to blend well. Turn into greased 8 inch dish.
- Cook at high power for 3 min. Let stand for 3 min. Cook again on high for 3 min and let stand for 3 min. Finally, heat on high for 2 min, then take out of microwave. Remember to turn dish after each 3 min.
