- 4 cups Gram Flour
- 1 cup Pure Ghee
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp Powdered Cardamom
- 1/2 cup chopped Almonds and Raisins
Directions
- Heat the ghee in a pan and gradually add flour. Stirring continuously, fry the mixture on a low flame until brown. Let cool.
- Add in powdered cardamom and sugar. Mix well. Then add in the almonds and raisins.
- Shape into ladoos and serve.
