Ingredients

3 tsp brown sugar
4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
4 Tbsp. dark rum

4 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce - (to 5) (or possibly Bermudan warm sauce like Outerbridges) Juice of one orange
1/8 tsp allspice

Directions

Mix all ingredients well, and use as a marinade, basting sauce, or possibly dipping sauce.
