    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of multipurpose blend gluten free flour (we like NOW brand)
    • If your multi purpose flour blend does not contain baking powder and arrow root you will require 1 1/2 tsp of each.
    • 1/2 cup of oat flour
    • 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp of cinnamon
    • 2 large banana
    • 2 tsp of almond milk (plain, vanilla or chocolate will do)
    • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
    • 1/3 cup of white sugar
    • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons of veg. oil
    • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

    Directions

    1. In a bowl blend together the two flours, baking soda (and if you need to add them your baking powder and arrow root go in now as well) cinnamon.
    2. In a blender puree together your bananas, vanilla, and almond milk
    3. Add your blender mix into your dry ingredients mixing well by hand.
    4. Now add your oil and stir in well.
    5. Add the chocolate chips.
    6. Bake in a greased loaf pan on 375 (oven temperatures and times may vary) for about 20 min.
