Beet Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- 1 x 7 ounce. pkg. shell macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 x 10 ounce. pkg. frzn green peas, cooked and liquid removed
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 x 16 ounce. cans diced beets, liquid removed
- 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for several hrs or possibly overnight.
