Ingredients

  • 3 c. Krusteez Buttermilk Pancake mix
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 lg. Large eggs
  • 1/4 can of Rainier beer
  • Some lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Put pancake fold in large bowl and add in oil, Large eggs and beer. Add in sufficient lowfat milk so which when you mix the batter with a whisk it becomes thin sufficient to pour, (but not too thin!) Be sure all lumps are gone. Pour desired size pancakes on preheated (medium high) griddle. Cook till light brown on both sides and cooked inside. Feeds 4 to 6.
