Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 x Clove garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 x Onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 c. Chinese peas
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. Oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp Sherry
  • 1 tsp Shoyu
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil

Directions

  1. Marinate beef for 15 min or possibly longer. Heat oil in skillet and brown garlic. Stir fry onion and marinated meat. Add in peas and heat thoroughly.
