Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Flank steak, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 x Clove garlic, mashed
1/2 x Onion, sliced thinly
1 c. Chinese peas
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/4 c. Oyster sauce
2 tsp Sherry
1 tsp Shoyu
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Oil
Directions
Marinate beef for 15 min or possibly longer. Heat oil in skillet and brown garlic. Stir fry onion and marinated meat. Add in peas and heat thoroughly.
