- Beef fillet 180 gr
- Roasted veg 100 gr
- Leeks 80 gr
- Potato 100gr
- Asparagus 80 gr
- Diced tomato 40 gr
- Beef stock 10 cl
- Cream 5 cl
- Butter 50 gr
- Lime and chili butter 10 gr
- Chopped coriander, dill, basil 5 gr
- Fried garlic 5 gr
Directions
- a. Cook the potatoes, drain well pass through potato ricer, then add cream ,butter, seasoning to taste.
- b. Roast the onions, eggplants , courgettes and peppers in the oven, then dice.
- c. Grill the beef fillet.
- d. Add the sauted leeks to the mash potato.
- e. Saute the asparagus and roasted vegetables .
- f. Bring the beef sauce to the boilthen on the side incorporate
