Beef Pastry Pockets
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb Grnd beef, browned, Liquid removed and cooled
- 1 1/2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. Cottage cheese
- 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 ct Frzn puff pastry, thawed And cut into 5" squares
Directions
- Combine filling ingredients. In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to create triangles; press with fork to seal.
- Bake at 400F. aabout 20 min or possibly till golden.
