Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Black beans
  • 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cornflour
  • 1 x Inch ginger
  • 2 x Cloves garlic
  • 8 fl ounce of stock A dash of white wine

Directions

  1. Slice the beef very thinly adding the cornflour, oyster sauce, soya sauce, sugar and pepper together. Use your hands to squeeze and bind it together. Slice the ginger and garlic. Crush the black beans.
  2. Heat the oil and in the wok add in the ginger, garlic and black beans.
  3. Stir together till you smell the aroma. Add in the beef and fry quickly for 2 min adding the stock. Garnish with white wine. Serve warm with mixed vegetables.
