  • 1 x 2-1/2 lb flank steak
  • 1 bot French dressing
  • 5 Tbsp. Worstershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Oil (vegetable or possibly olive)
  • 3 x -(up to)
  • 4 x Cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pch Pepper

Directions

  1. Here's a good marinade for especially flank steak on BBQ. You can use it on other beef cuts. This is the marinade and the basting sauce ( while on the grill).
  2. SLIGHTLY CUT LINES INTO THE STEAK and then again CROSSWIDTH; DO the same for the other side. Mix the ingredients above and pour over steak in a flat baking dish. Chill over night; at least turn steak over once while marinating.
  3. Get the coals the way you want them, pop on the steak, baste with it's marinade; cook it to your liking! If you want, you can still use which sauce poured on your steak for a gravy.
  4. I created this marinade and always had praise when company came over for a BBQ and had this recipe .
  5. MARINATE OVERNIGHT
