Beef Fajitas
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. skirt steak
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 lime
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/3 c. red wine or possibly 12 ounce. beer
- 1 teaspoon fajita seasoning
Directions
- Mix all ingredients; marinate meat for 24 hrs. Cook over low fire on grill. (Grilled onions and bell peppers go well with this.)
