Beef Brunswick Stew
Ingredients
- 1 pound shoulder roast, diced
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. baby lima beans
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 minced onion
- 1 sm. can corn
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 cans water
Directions
- Brown beef in oil. Add in beef broth and water and simmer 1 hour. Then add in beans, potatoes, onions, and tomatoes. Simmer about 30 min or possibly till vegetables are tender. Add in sugar and corn. Simmer about 10 more min. Serve warm with corn bread or possibly saltines.
