  • Beef And Salsa Burritos

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/4 lb Grnd beef or possibly grnd turkey
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
    • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
    • 1 x 10 ounce pkg frzn minced spinach, thawed and liquid removed
    • 1 1/4 c. Chunky salsa
    • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 8 med Flour tortillas, warmed

    Directions

    1. In large nonstick skillet, brown grnd beef over medium heat 10-12 min or possibly till no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings. Season beef with chili pwdr, cumin and 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Stir in spinach and salsa; heat through. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Spoon 1/2 c. beef mix in center of each tortilla. Fold bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges.
