Becky's Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, minced
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. pecans, minced
  • 1 1/2 T Lawrey's seasoned salt
  • 1 (14 ounce) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Using electric mixer, put together all ingredients in the order given. Form into one large or possibly two small balls and roll into more minced pecans. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight before serving. Serve with assorted crackers. (Can be made ahead; freezes well.)
