Ingredients

  • 2 c. White whole kernel corn, or possibly fresh corn cut off the cob
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 8 Tbsp. (level) flour
  • 1 quart Lowfat milk
  • 4 tsp (rounded) sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Decided to stop lurking for a while and pull my weight with some recipes!
  2. This was taken from "Beaumont Inn, Special Recipes".
  3. Combine corn, flour, salt, sugar, butter. In a separate bowl beat Large eggs then add in lowfat milk. Add in corn mix and pour into baking dish. Bake in 450 degree oven for 40 min. Stir while baking at 10 minute increments, leaving top as intact as possible. Roxanna
