Bean Sprout Soup
Ingredients
- 2 c. bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1 cloves, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp. finely minced scallion
- 2 drops sesame oil
- 5 c. water
Directions
- Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly in cool water. Put the clean, washed the bean sprouts in medium size pot. Add in water and salt. Cover the pot lid to boil about 25 min. Reduce heat to simmer. Add in chopped garlic, minced scallion, and 2 drops of sesame oil. Bring to boil again about 10 more min. Serve with cooked rice. Makes 4 servings.
- Bean Sprouts have a plenty of Vitamin C. It is good for the cool.
