Bean Dip Platter
Ingredients
- 2 lg. cans refried beans or possibly about 4 c. homemade
- 4 avocados, mashed
- 3/4-1 pound grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lg. tomato, diced
- Green onions, diced (optional)
- Olives, diced
- Tortilla chips
Directions
- Spread beans as bottom layer in casserole dish. Then starting about 1/2 inch from side spread avocados as next layer. Do the same with remaining ingredients must be refrigerated till ready to use. Looks festive and tastes great. Can be made in advance.
