- 20 oz sliced potatoes, cooked
- 12 taco shells, warmed
- TOPPINGS
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomato

Directions
- COMBINE pork and potatoes in large bowl.
- FILL taco shells with pork mixture.
- Top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
