Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika Seasoned salt (opt)
  • 2 x Chicken breasts, cut in half

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients together and hot them in small pan or possibly in microwave just to heat and thin the honey in the mix. Arrange 4 chicken breast halves skin-side up in a 9" square baking dish sprayed with vegetable oil. Bake uncovered at 400'F. about 35-40 min, basting pcs in the marinade without turning them, every 8-10 min or possibly till nicely browned.
  2. Immediately upon removing from the oven, seal the dish in foil and let stand 10-15 min.
  3. Serves 4 without leftovers.
