Bright and full of flavor.
- 2 cups basil (stems removed), 2 cups cilantro (bulk of stems removed), 1/2 cup walnuts or pinenuts, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/3 cup olive oil (or more depending on the texture you like), three garlic cloves, 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Place all ingredients in food processor and grind until you reach a gritty, but smooth texture (or a texture you like)
