VERY SIMPLE RECIPE SLOWED BAKED AT 300 DEGREES FOR 1-1/2 HOURS. Ingredients
- 2 CUPS FILTERED OR DISTILLED WATER
- 1 CUP ORGANIC BARLEY, PEARLED
- 1/2 CUP ORGANIC CELERY, CHOPPED
- 2 LARGE ORGANIC CLOVES, GARLIC PRESSED
- 1/2 CUP ORGANIC SWEET VADALIA ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 CUP ORGANIC MUSHROOMS, CHOPPED
- 1 CUP ORGANIC ZUCCHINI, CHOPPED
- 1/2 CUP ORGANIC SUNFLOWER SEEDS, CHOPPED
- 1/2 TBSP. BRAGG LIQUID AMINOS
- 1/2 TEAS. BRAGG SPRINKLE
- 3 - 4 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC HONEY
Directions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL. POUR INTO A CASSEROLE DISH AND BAKE AT 300 DEGREES F. FOR 1-1/2 HOURS UNTIL DONE.
