Barbecued Rice

- 300 grams Pork Lomo (Tenderloin) (sliced into thin strips)
- 2 tbsp Margarine
- 1/2 cup Green Peas (cooked or frozen)
- 1/2 tsp Iodized Fine Salt (1/2 tbsp iodized rock salt)
- 6 cups Cooked Rice
- 3/4 cup Del Monte Quick 'n Easy BBQ Marinade
Directions
- Marinate pork slices in DEL MONTE BBQ Marinade for 15 minutes.
- Drain and reserve marinade.
- Sauté pork in margarine over high heat for 5 minutes or until cooked.
- Add peas, marinade and ½ teaspoon iodized fine salt (or 1/2 tablespoon iodized rock salt).
- Allow to Simmer.
- Add rice. Cook for 2 minutes with continuous stirring.
