Barbecued Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 2 x to 3 pounds chicken wings
- 18 ounce barbecue sauce
- 3/4 c. fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- 1/8 x to 1/4 tsp. grnd cloves
- 1 x clove garlic, crushed Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Season wings with salt and pepper. Place wings on a broiler pan, and roast at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in large sauce pan. Heat to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 min to blend flavors. Just before the wings are completely cooked, pour sauce over them and cook for remaining 2 to 3 min.
