Barbecue Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded red cabbage
- 2 c. shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion -- separated into rings
- 1/2 c. shredded carrot
- 1/4 c. bell pepper -- minced
- 1/4 c. coleslaw dressing
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/8 tsp warm sauce
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently.
- Stir together dressing, barbecue sauce, and warm sauce; pour over cabbage mix, tossing gently. Serve immediately.
- Yield: 8 servings.
