Ingredients

  • 4 med. chickens
  • 1 (29 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (18 ounce.) bottle Bullseye Hickory smoke sauce
  • 1 (18 ounce.) bottle reg. flavor barbecue sauce
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. celery salt
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Boil 4 medium chickens till tender, cold, remove skin from chicken and pull chicken from bone. Place in crock pot and pour barbecue sauce over chicken. Turn crock pot on high till chicken and sauce comes to a boil, ready to serve. Serve on buns.
  2. BARBECUE SAUCE: Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the 4 medium chickens which have been pulled from the bone.
