Barb's Special Fruit Streusel
Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon lemon peel
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Fruit (any in season or possibly any canned)
Directions
- Combine all cake ingredients in order given. Mix 5 min. Place in 9"x13" pan, greased and floured. Place fruit in design. Mix together streusel mix and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min.
