Ingredients

  • 2 pkt Graham crackers
  • 1 stk of margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. Sugar Filling
  • 2 pkt Cream cheese (8 ounce.)
  • 2 c. Confectioner's sugar
  • 4 x Bananas, sliced
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple (12 ounce.) Drain well
  • 1 ct Cold Whip (6 ounce.)
  • 2 ounce Cherries

Directions

  1. Press crackers into crumbs. Add in margarine and sugar. Mix by hand; press into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 min. Cold. You can also buy a prepared graham cracker pie shell if desired. Filling: Blend cream cheese with confectioner's sugar. Spread over crust. Slice bananas over cream cheese. Spread pineapple over bananas. Add in Cold Whip and top with cherries. Chill till you are ready to serve.
