Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Ice cubes (1 to 3)
Directions
- Take out the blender and pour in one c. of lowfat milk. Peel the banana, break it in half and add in to lowfat milk in blender. Add in 1/2 tsp. vanilla and ice cubes. Blend for 20 seconds, pour into a glass. Serve and enjoy!!
