Banana Pineapple Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 3 c. all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 c. mashed ripe bananas
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 (9"x5") loaf pans. Put together dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and set aside. Put together remaining ingredients. Add in to dry mix, stirring just till moistened. Spoon into prepared pans. Bake 50 to 60 min.
