Banana Orange Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 x 9 inch pie crust baked
- 3 x bananas
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. lowfat milk instant vanilla pudding mix family size
- 1 Tbsp. margarine melted
- 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade melted
Directions
- Spread the orange marmalade proportionately and in a thin layer in baked pie crust. You can also use apricot preserves with tasty results. Use thoroughly ripened bananas. Slice the bananas on top of the marmalade.
- Combine lowfat sour cream and lowfat milk; stir in pudding mix. Blend till smooth and slightly thick. Fold in the melted margarine. Pour over the bananas.
- Chill.
- Serving Ideas : Serve topped with whipped cream.
