Banana Oatmeal Bread
Ingredients
- 1-lb. loaf : - -1.5 lb:
- 1/2 c. ROLLED OATS 1 c.
- 1 x EGG 1
- 3 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream 1/4 c. for Welbilt/DAK add in 1T water - Welbilt/DAK add in 2T
- 1 c. BANANA 2 c. ripe and sliced
- 1 1/3 c. BREAD FLOUR 2 c.
- 2/3 c. WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR 1 c.
- 1/2 tsp SALT 1 tsp.
- 2 tsp BUTTER 1 Tbsp.
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. HONEY 2 Tbsp.
- 2 tsp NONFAT DRY Lowfat milk 1 Tbsp.
- 1/2 tsp CINNAMON 1/2 tsp.
- 1/4 tsp NUTMEG 1/4 tsp.
- 2 tsp ACTIVE DRY YEAST 2 tsp. (for all machines) for Panasonic/National, use 4 tsp yeast
Directions
- Crust: Light
- Menu selection: Bake (light)
- 1. Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
- 2. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cold 1 hour before slicing.
