    Ingredients

    • 1 c. Old-fashioned rolled oats
    • 1 x Egg
    • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream (for Welbilt/Dak machines add in 2 Tablespoons water
    • 2 c. Sliced ripe bananas-3 med
    • 2 c. Bread flour
    • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 Tbsp. Margarine
    • 2 Tbsp. Honey
    • 1 Tbsp. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
    • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
    • 2 tsp Active dry yeast
    • 1/2 c. Old-fashioned rolled oats
    • 1 x Egg
    • 3 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream (for Welbilt/Dak machine add in 1 Tablespoons water
    • 1 c. Sliced ripe banana (1 large)
    • 1 1/3 c. Bread flour
    • 2/3 c. Whole wheat flour
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 2 tsp Margarine
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
    • 2 tsp Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
    • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
    • 2 tsp Yeast

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press start.
