Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. hot water (110 degrees)
  • 3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine softened
  • 1 x egg
  • 3 1/4 c. bread flour
  • 3 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 3/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. minced macadamia nuts

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in bread machine in order suggested by your machine's manufacturer. Select sweet bread setting and light crust. Add in macadamia nuts when indicated by your manufacturer.
  2. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
  3. Yield: 1 loaf
