Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 quart evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 4 x ripe BANANAS
- 1 c. sugar a few grains salt
- 1 1/3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- * Original was cream
- Remove skins of the bananas, then force through a sieve. Add in the remaining ingredients and freeze.
- Yield: 4 servings
