  • Banana Fudge Marble Cake

    Ingredients

    • 18 1/4 ounce cake mix fudge marble
    • 4 whl egg whites slightly beaten
    • 1 c. bananas mashed
    • 1/2 c. water
    • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    • 3 1/8 ounce banana pudding mix
    • 2 env Dream Whip whipped topping mix
    • 1 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare two 9" round cake pans with cooking spray and flour; set aside. To prepare batter, combine cake mix, egg whites, bananas,water, and oil. Pour into prepared pans. Bake and cold according to packagedirections. To prepare frosting, combine pudding mix (that is normally fat-free), whipped topping mix, and lowfat milk in a mixing bowl. Mix till light and fluffy. Fill and frost cooled cake. Chill for several hrs before serving.
    2. NOTES : I made this cake using a 9 x 13" pan. It worked fine. The frosting is very good!
