Banana Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 6 medium size bananas (keep one aside for topping)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup carton milk
  • 4 tbsp oil (no smell)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 2/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup caster brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Mash bananas and whisk with eggs, milk and oil.
  2. Sift the rest of the dry ingredients on top.
  3. Gently fold and tip into a greased baking pan.
  4. Arrange a few slices of bananas on top (the one kept aside).
  5. Bake at 175C for about an hour or until cooked.
