    Ingredients

    • 2/3 c. Sugar
    • 1/3 c. All-purpose flour
    • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1/2 stk , (1/4 c.) margarine
    • 1/2 c. Solid shortening
    • 1 c. Sugar
    • 1 tsp Lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
    • 2 x Extra Large Large eggs
    • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
    • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
    • 1 c. Ripe banana, mashed Nuts, minced (optional)

    Directions

    1. Combine topping ingredients and mix till crumbly, set aside. Cream together shortening and sugar. Add in lemon juice, vanilla and Large eggs; mix well.
    2. Stir dry ingredients together, add in alternately with lowfat milk to the creamed mix. Add in bananas (and minced nuts, if you like) and mix well. Spread in greased (or possibly sprayed) 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min or possibly till done. Cold on wire rack, cut into squares.
