Banana Almond Muffins
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sour lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. softened margarine
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 x bananas mashed
- 1/2 tsp almond extract (essence)
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 11/20 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. almonds, sliced & toasted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F, prepare pans. Combine wet mix ingredients & mix well. Add in the dry mix to the wet mix till just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins.
- Makes 12.Note: Lowfat milk may be soured by adding a little lemon juice to it & leaving till curdled.
