Directions
- Soak the lentil in water with inadian spices. Boil till soft and mash 3 quarters of the lentil and keep 1 quarter whole. Mix together, saute the onion, garlic, ginger, masala and the rest of the spices in the recipes, add the lentils in and allow to boil for 10 minutes more. Adjust texture with cream and adjust seasoning.
