  • Baker's Bunny Brownies

    Ingredients

    • 4 sqr Baker's Unsweetened Baking chocolate
    • 3/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
    • 2 c. Sugar
    • 3 x Large eggs
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 1 c. Flour White chocolate coconut frosting, (see rec) Cake decorations

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 (325 for glass baking dish). Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil extending over edges to create handles. Grease foil.
    2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 min or possibly till butter is melted. Stir till chocolate is completely melted.
    3. Stir sugar into chocolate till well blended. Fold in Large eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour till well blended. Spread in prepared pan.
    4. Bake 30-35 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudge crumbs. Don't OVERBAKE. Cold in pan. Run knife around edge of pan to loosen brownies from sides. Lift from pan onto cutting board, using foil as handles. Frost with White Chocolate Coconut Frosting.
    5. Chill brownies 10 min to set frosting. Cut into squares or possibly cut into festive Easter shapes such as bunnies, using cookie cutters. (Press cutter into brownies. Lift up and press brownie up through cutter to remove).
