Baked Tuna Chow Mein
Ingredients
- 1 c. Minced celery
- 1 can Tuna (reg. size)
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1 1/3 c. Chow mein noodles
- 2 Tbsp. Minced green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounce. ) cream of mushroom soup thinned with 1/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. Salted cashew nuts
- 1/4 tsp Accent
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F. Saute/fry celery, onions, green pepper in butter. Fold in thinned soup, tuna and 1 c. noodles, cashews and seasoning. Pour in buttered 1 1/2 quart. baking dish. Sprinkle with rest of 1/3 c. chow mein noodles. Bake 30 mins.
