  • Baked stuffed potatoes

    Ingredients

    • 6 large potatoes
    • olive oil for roasting
    • stuffing:
    • 1 medium onion
    • 150 ml heavy cream
    • 200 g grated Edam cheese
    • 100 g sliced ​​bacon
    • 1 bunch chives
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • ground black pepper
    • salt

    Directions

    1. The Supe until tender cooked potatoes and cut into one side while still hot compressed to slightly widened.
    2.   Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing. The oil gently fry the onion, then mix it with the cream in a bowl with garlic, salt, and cumin and grated cheese. Season with ground black pepper and stir well.
