Baked Stuffed Clams
Ingredients
- 12 x Chowder clams
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1 c. Fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp Lemon & pepper seasoning
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Oregano Few drops of warm sauce Paprika Old Bay Seasoning (or possibly any Crab spice)
Directions
- Shuck and chop clams, strain and reserve liquid. Heat butter. in pan. Add in crumbs, parsley, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic pwdr, oregano, and warm sauce; mix well. If mix is too dry, moisten with clam liquor. Fill 12 clam shells with clam mix. Sprinkle paprika and crab spice over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
