Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Spaghetti, cooked and liquid removed
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounce Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Combine spaghetti, Large eggs and Parmesan cheese. Place half the mix in a greased baking dish. Add in half the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat with remaining spaghetti and Mozzarella. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 20 min. Cut into squares and serve with spaghetti sauce
  2. . Serves 4.
  3. Note: I doubled the recipe and baked in 9 x 13 casserole. I heated the spaghetti sauce in a separate dish and let everyone ladle out the amount desired for their serving.
