• Baked Spaghetti

    • 1 lb Spaghetti
    • 1 Tbsp. Salt
    • 1 med Onion, minced
    • 4 Tbsp. Veg. oil
    • 15 ounce Tomato sauce
    • 16 ounce Tomatoes, minced Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste
    • 9 ounce Cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 c. Seasoned breadcrumbs


    1. Boil spaghetti for 15 min in salted water; drain. Make tomato gravy by frying onion in oil, adding tomatoes and salsa, then salt and pepper. Cook 20 min. Cut up cheese; 1/3 package in small pcs and 2/3 package in strips.
    2. Grease large glass baking dish with oleo. Place 1/2 spaghetti in dish. Add in small pcs cheese, half the gravy and then sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Add in remaining spaghetti, cheese pcs and gravy. Top with cheese strips and breadcrumbs. Bake at 350Ffor 25 min.
