Baked Rice Pilaf With Parmesan Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 c. Long-grain white rice -- UNCOOKED
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 x Cloves garlic -- chopped
- 2 c. Broth -- chicken or possibly beef
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Fresh parmesan cheese -- Grated
Directions
- Saute/fry the garlic and rice in the butter till golden brown. Pour into a casserole dish, add in broth and salt. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min (or possibly till the liquid is absorbed.) Add in cheese and stir till cheese mixed in and rice is fluffy.
