Baked Pumpkin
I use this as a base in much of my bodybuilding recipes. I love that it is low in calories, is a healthy and quick cheat food, that is not cheating. Ingredients
- 1 large can PURE PUMKIN (not pie filling)
- 1 tablespoon, pumkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup splenda
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- for extra flavor can add 1/4 cup Davinci sugar free syrup and forget the splenda and the egg whites. Go to Davinci syrup website for local retailers
Directions
- Mix ingrediants and bake in a casserole dish for 1 hour.
- Remove, cover and enjoy with egg white merangue cookies or use in baking, or the odd teaspoon here and there to keep from cheating
