Baked Potatoes With Bacon And Chives
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 3 ounce Unsmoked bacon - derinded and diced, (75g)
- 6 ounce Button mushrooms - sliced, (175g)
- 1 tsp Schwartz Onion Pepper
- 1/4 pt Soured cream, (150ml)
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 3 ounce Mature Cheddar cheese - grated, (75g)
- 2 tsp Schwartz Chives and extra to sprinkle
- 4 lrg Freshly baked potatoes
Directions
- Heat the oil and fry the bacon and mushrooms. Drain any excess liquid. Add in the Onion Pepper, soured cream, lowfat milk, cheese and Chives and simmer gently till thickened. Top the potatoes with the mix and serve sprinkled with extra Chives.
